DJI media maker panos problems

Hi guys wondering if you can help? I can't get DJI media maker on mac to produce my panos. I find the folder i want and drag it where indicated. Both 180 and 360 just produce an image that looks like its made up from one photo. (its the 9 shot panos i want to stitch) PTGUI trial can produce them fine but obviously trying to use some free software.

I had that problem, the DJI Go4 app will stitch the panos. The trick is to review the pano while in flight mode, then it will stitch automatically. It takes a minute or two, so I wait until I have landed, then press the review icon ( > ) before switching off or changing the battery.
If you make a sphere pano it will show the pic as a ball, but it stores the image as a flat photo & you will need another app to twist it into a sphere again.

Thanks for the reply. It’s specifically the DJI media maker that I have problems with. I can get the pano from the go4app no problem but the quality is very limited. Ptgui and from what I’ve read DJI media maker give a much higher resolution photo. Can’t find any videos on the net of people processing 9 shot panos with DJI media maker.
