I think you can only it get it on line.
I haven't seen it advertised in a "brick and mortar" store.
You might contact a hobby or an electronic store that fixes stuff and they may have one to use for a fee.
I recently read that a member sent his to a neighboring city to do just that and the repair would be no charge if it fixed it.

I did a quick search, this place is in London and have other shops in other cities.
