Hi
Old and tech dummy.
I'm not quite clear on :- Should I be able to 'plug' my Spark into my confuser ? ( I Mac ) ? Should the confuser recognize it - like my camera , so I can get pics off sd card ?
Am I right in thinking it all gets done online through DJI account ?
How else can I do this ?
Also when message comes up about 'update' how does that work ? I always put iphone on airplane mode, and then wifi is only connected to Spark ... ?
Yet it seems to update ?
What is the usual process to update firmware ?
Please could anyone explain how this works, what I have to do - ( apart from give up and leave alone ).
Cheers

Hi
Don't know what you mean about "confuser" but I am not an Apple boy.

To get the pics to your computer there are different possible way (sorry maybe some are not available for Mac):
- Take out the uSD card and use a card reader
- Use the USB cable to connect the Spark to your computer (The Spared must be powered) and you will see the uSD card as a new disk
- You can use the Go4 app with the Spark connected via wifi and use playback function. The pics, after download process, will be on your iphone, the sync with icloud and I would expect you get them on your computer

For update, if it ask to do one, the best method is to use the software DJI assistant 2 on a computer. This for the Spark and its batteries (if needed). The remote controller (RC) if you have one must be updated through the Go4 app.

I can only recommend you to view the DJI support videos on youtube.
