Anybody know what causes this message? RC/iPhone X - 38 degrees F/snow covered ground.
Thanks. I had never seen the message before, although I frequently see the red indicator at the top of the screen (I assume they are related). Today the snow cover could have confused the sensor. I was able to land without any problem. It was in the high thirties. I don't know how people fly when it's sub zero. . . .I get that all the time, not quite sure, but I believe it has to do with the sensors not recognizing the texture in the terrain directly under it. With me it happens when over grass, or water. I do hope it’s a software issue though. At first I would land but now unless I see wierd behavior, which I never have, i just keep flying. It really is the only error i ever get.
Oh and by the way, I fly with ios devices, so it’s not our devices.
By the way, what red indicator? Thanks. I had never seen the message before, although I frequently see the red indicator at the top of the screen (I assume they are related).
