i have been looking at my flight logs , once in awhile i see this in the messages Downlink Restored (after 0m 3.2s) . what dose this mean , is this for video , GPS or telemetry .

All the above.
All data that is sent to the controller.

The log is so sensitive that it tells you minor loss of signal not detected/ before it sets off a warning on the HUD of the DJI GO 4 app.
That should be tracked on the map with a red dot.
Might show you where some interference is coming from.
