Heya!

I'm about to go on vacation in Mexico and I'm seeing conflicting responses whenever I search up the drone laws there. Some websites say that it's legal as long as you don't fly over their historic sites, and some are saying it's not allowed at all. Can anyone clarify for me?

Usually in Latin America countries there are no regulations, but recently I've found an article about restrictions let me find it

Not that it's close to Cancun but, when we were in Cozumel there were signs all over the place that referenced no droning. Now if you were at a resort or something like that I am not sure what the rules are there. If your staying at an all inclusive I would contact them directly.

I've also heard of people flying in Mexico and either having their drones confiscated or shot at. For me that would be a leave at home situation.

Hey Blank, just wondering if you did take your drone to Mexico and how did it work going through customs? Laws changed 1-Jan-2019 from what I've read, and i'm not seeing much online about recent trips.
