Update!
I have Refresh Plus on my Spark which will expire on Christmas Day. I never used any of my original 2 refreshes or the 1 on Refresh Plus. When I was previously in contact with DJI about my problem battery they had indicated that I could use Refresh on the battery. Today, I contacted them again to see if I could just get the faulty battery replaced under Refresh. Initially they said I could but on further checking they said the only way to do it would be to replace the whole Spark (AC, battery, props). Since, my Spark has never been crashed and is working perfectly, I declined. I will let Refresh expire in 2 days. I'll just keep my eye out for any Spark battery deals on the holidays.
