Welcome, I live in Victoria, one piece of advice is to look at fitting a Polarising filter to the camera, will lower the glare levels especially with the sun in summer. A lot of the videos you will see are taken in the northern hemisphere where the light is softer. In Australia the sun can be a lot brighter and adds a lot of glare and washout to the videos. You will really notice the difference in the colour of Eucalypts when you use a filter.
