help playing cached video on IOS device

I recently obtained a used IPad mini 2 which works really nice with my Spark/RC.

However, I am completely new to Apple/IOS devices. The IPad was pretty much cleaned of the usual Apps. I can't figure out what I need for playing the cached video (DJI GO 4 is set for cached video on). Yes I have tried to research this but there is just too much information.

I am looking for advice on what App to get. Also a suggestion for a screen recorder would be helpful. Thanks.

OK - now I see that I can access (select, play, delete) the cached videos via the DJI GO 4 built in editor-->album.

My question on the screen recorder recommendation is still open.

If you have Ios 11 whatever running ( newest version) there's a screen record feature available, but not installed.

Google for it and how to install. Works well and no need to a third party app.

Thanks. I am running IOS 10.0.2. Maybe this is a reason to update to 11.
