I guess that the focal point if that is what it is called is set that way for the object avoidance function. Interesting observation there pm.

I don’t think the obstacle avoidance can pick out small branches. The camera lens doesn’t give depth perception, (mono vision). Yeah, you would swear the front props are scratching the object ahead, when there’s still space between.

I have found that the screen view is deceptive at my place, when I think I am near the top of the trees, I actually site the drone way above where I think it is when relating to the FPV. I like to fly with avoidance off as I generally fly high, so I get better speed without getting into sport mode.
