How do you ship a Spark and extra batteries inside US?

Hi, I haven't been able to figure out the correct and best way to ship my spark and extra batteries to someone on the west coast of the US (I live on the east coast).. What labels are required, any special packing , and what's the most cost effective way? Any help is appreciated as I went to a FedEx store and the guy didn't know, so my next stop is the post office and UPS...

Thank you... I boxed it up in the original inner and outer box it came in and am going to see what USPS or FedEx ground charges to ship..
