I have two batteries that won't charge.

Both of my batteries are giving signals such as the one in the video. I've only used the batteries a total of 6 times combined two years ago. I haven't charged them since. Am I out of luck?

You haven't charged them for 2 years? I've never heard of a DJI battery not being defective after such a timeline. They need to be charged about every 3 months (minimum).

Mine sat for close to a year without charging and they charged no problem.

I have the same problem with the lights doing exactly the same thing,
I take it there is no fix and I will need to get a new battery, is there anywhere people here can suggest as I have found batteries are out of stock most places
