Hello. I am a new spark user and am slowly getting used to what it can do. I read about the importance of keeping the firmware up to date yet when I install the latest version, my camera stops working correctly and I can see nothing. Is this normal and what can I do to correct it other than downgrading the firmware?

Yep, it is not normal to lose the camera after an upgrade.
Try to reinstall the updated version again.
It may be possible that something didn't upgrade correctly and you may have to downgrade and then upgrade again.

Thanks for the advise. I downgraded the firmware and then upgraded. There was no difference. I did a refresh of the update and that solved the problem. Bizarre but problem solved!
