Wow! It gets scary when you have to recover from a depth perception mistake. I've found that if you start up high and go down you can either (1) reverse the video, or (2) use it as a set up run and then video going up, works well with less stress on the pilot, lol.

There was a semi driver who purposely drove off the bridge into the canyon to commit suicide a few years ago.
