I'm using IOS 11.4.
My GO 4 app is showing v4.2.22(3162). Everything seems ok so far. Hope this helps.

Yes, I have installed and no problems. I use iPad Mini as external device. I normally stay around a max height of 225-250ft and 1800-2200 feet out.
