Ipad mini 2 for use?

Hi. Are the mini 2's adequate for a dedicated screen for the Spark, or should I use the mini 3? Thx!

The iPad Mini 2 and iPad Mini 3 have the same processor specs. Get the iPad Mini 4 if you want the best available iPad Mini.

iPad mini 2 works great with dji, and theyre cheap as well. If you want gps you need a cellular version

FWIW, when flying a Spark, the only benefit of GPS on the mobile device is if you ever want to manually reset the home point to your current location after taking off (like in a scenario where you move away from the takeoff location).

I dont have gps and dont miss it either.

Are there certain versions that wont update enough to run the dji apps on the 2's?

Answered my own question by following old links. Duh! Just bought a nice mini 2 off the bay.
