Am I the only one??? I'm using a Samsung Note 9 and most of the time I pull the sd card out to transfer my files. But there's been times I want to quickly access them while I'm still in the DJI Go app. But for me it's impossible. I probably press my playback icon 50 times and it either doesn't open or just kicks me back out. It's so frustrating! Has anyone else encountered this?

Within the Go app, can you accessing DJI' skypixel? If so, you should be able to playback, and edit the video complete with audio using their editing software

Yes, I am able to get into Skypixel. But unless I've downloaded the original file all I have to work with is cache images and videos

Have you looked for Samsung galaxy 9 forums to see if anyone has a solution?
Do you still have the manual? Does it mention capabilities in the manual?

I haven't dug into it that much yet. I was just wondering if I was the only one on here that has this issue. I'll do some research and see what I can find. But for now I guess I'll just be pulling the SD card out everytime I fly.
