Logs from DJI assistant 2 not available

Hi, since last firmware update, I can't download the DAT files from DJI assistant 2. Screen stays with little wheel as I try to download from software.
Anyone had the same problem?

I understand from DJI personnel on DJIForum that Spark is unable to provide the DAT files for Assistant2.

Their suggestion, use the .dat files from the DJI Go 4 app instead (even though they have less information).
