This might be worth a look. UAV MODS.

They have a battery clip that will attach to the Spark and allow another battery to be used.

They also have one that uses a Mavic Air battery on the Spark.



Try a good ol' Ziploc bag.

Gallon size works perfect and the touch screen still works.

Thanks for the UAV mods info and the baggie tip. The battery mods look interesting especially since you don’t have to modify Spark however you hey seem to be out of stock. Wish they had a video of the mods working. Never thought of the baggie idea for the controller. Will try that.

Right now I’m leaning on using my P3S. Hand launching and catching shouldn’t be a problem but the size is. Would be great to be able to have it all setup ready to go (props on) before setting out. I do have some fold up props that I have never tried. That is a possibility.
