Losing your password

Putting the controller in the case has rubbed off all the password information.If I need it again what do I do?

The password for the Spark remote control is the same on all units: 12341234. As long as your wifi uses its original code, this will work fine. If it has been changed, you can reset the password by pressing the on button of the remote control for nine seconds.

Mine wore off very rapidly too!

Why do you need the code?

Just a heads up, there is a code sticker in the Spark battery compartment.
I put a piece of clear packing tape over that one to keep it from wearing out due to constant battery changes.

The batteries have a unique serial number as well but everytime you fly, that number is displayed in the battery section of the Go4 app so I didn't bother with them.

I figured it out but I got confused as I have been messing with passwords all day on different sites.

The SSID and password for the AC can also be found on the side of the foam case the Spark was shipped in.

All SSIDs for Spark RCS begin with 'Spark-RC', followed by an alphanumeric code. So, look for that one in your wifi on your phone/tablet, and the password will be 12341234. Simples. I agree that the code does wear off really quickly- mine is practically invisible.
