Any help for a noob really appreciated.

You don't need any additional software. DJI Go 4 does a great job.

Note that if you want higher resolution images, some people use Microsoft ICE to stitch together all of the original images Spark takes (and keeps) on the SD. I personally use an action I created in Photoshop. But - use the built-in Sphere Mode - it's quite fun
