My flight tonight with the spark on WiFi.

Gavieboy, thought you had given up on the Spark. Saw your sales pitch.
Very nice pics!!!!, by the way.

I was about to give up on it but I managed to stop the lagging on my device. I just can't bring myself to sell it. It's brilliant when you get it working rite. Samsung phones have loads of battery optimising features that's it aggressively limits app's for better battery performance you have to turn it off for each app and the Dji go app is one of them. There turned on by default. Once I did that and turn full performance mode on in setting it was flawless on WiFi and otg not one stutter.

So glad you gave her a second chance.
Even if I were to get a second larger drone. I know which one I would grab on most of my excursions. Lol.
Always enjoy your content.

Yeah I'm noticing that now with the pro people do not like drones I had my first couple accusing me of flying my drone to film there house which I was absolutely not doing I always check where I'm flying to Make sure everything is legal and ok before I go places but this time there was houses behind me from the hill I was taking off from where this couple lives. She was a nasty piece of work the women was. The spark they wasn't bothered about it was when I flew the bigger drone. And that is why I'm keeping the spark you can take off from anywhere you want and go straight up and no one ever notices it hardly.

Thats why i keep the spark, mavic is pretty close in noise levels and hides away.

Try taking an inspire up, people go nuts either love it or start aiming to shoot it down.
Sad how some people think they are that important we would waste our battery life on them haha.

Great shots btw, I need exemptions to fly at night in my area, but may take it up to the tree line to get some city views.

Just tried this with my Samsung s8 and it works a treat! Thanks very much, no more lag! :)

People are becoming so ignorant with the use of drones. In particular women. They seem to associate the use of drones with porn or some sexual perversion or illegal activity.
Quite frankly, I had no intention of getting one because of all the idiots out there, until the Spark came out. It was the stealthy size and low noise that got me hooked. Invisible to the imbeciles out there, who for the most part view these things as an extension of the male organ.
They ruin your day and make you feel like some low-life, that flies drones to peak thru their windows.
My first reaction when some person approaches is “calling the police”. Cut to the chase and getting it over with. It totally difuses the situation. Letting the hostiles know you have nothing to hide.

If we lose sight of it, even at close range, imagine these arrogant imbeciles.
