Navigation System Error // Check Redundancy State

After the connection of my Spark together with RC and Android App, I get the Info "Cannot take off" all 4 LED are continue lighting red . When I press of the "Cannot take" off I get in the next screen the message Navigation System error // Check Redundancy State. This Spark has never flown, its fresh out of the box. Any Idea what I can do?

Can you try going outside and waiting 1-2 minutes to see if the error message goes away as satellites are acquired?
