Do everyone use ND filters all the time? Considering that the rule is 2 times the frame rate so if I go on Auto and I'm seeing that that the shutter speed is 1000 to adjust for exposure, could I always slap on a ND filter and get to the right or proper shutter speed of 1/50th or 1/60th depending on how I'm shooting? Obviously this also applies to Mavic drones but the general question is do folks always use ND filters?

I have bought a filter kit with Freewell ND filters, when I'm testing video with them I think the sharpness is deteriorating. Anyone who has the same experience?
The question is if ND filters are needed for Spark, I have filmed some video with Spark but I can not see any big advantage, experience?
