I wouldn’t scrap it and hope that the moisture in it may dry up completely.
I don’t know it it works but I have heard of some people putting a I phone in rice to get the moisture out.

I'd let it dry for a couple days. There's probably moisture in the small gaps inside the Spark so it might take a few days to dry. Maybe take the cover off if possible to speed up drying time. I wouldn't turn it on again while wet, you're gonna fry the board.

Ok I'll try that . Should I use the rice?

I would open it up and clean the various boards and connectors with Isopropyl alcohol. Letting it air dry will promote corrosion and bonding of what ever minerals are in the water. I do that with my RC Boats electronics that get wet from time to time. They usually come back to life.

Agreed.

First thing to do any time this happens, is to take the battery off and leave it off until it's thoroughly dried out.

Whilever the battery is connected to a wet motherboard with the power on, corrosion will be taking place between the PCB tracks and under the surface mount chips.
