No back video

Hello, I have a problem with the back video, I have a dark screen on my phone, I can't see what the camera take, but when I want to take a video, this video is on the memory, but I can't see what i'm filming
Need help

If you say you have a dark screen, do you mean that all other information about the drone (battery, gps, position) is visible. You only miss the video feed? What if you switch to camera-mode and just take a picture?

Yes I only miss the video feed but even if I switch to picture mode I have a dark screen but I have all the telemetry

The actual video is on the sd?
Ios or Android device?
Cable or WiFi connection between RC and device?

Android, yes the video is on the sd card and the phone is connected by the cable to the rc

I would try to connect without cable (WiFi), with another cable, and if these failed I would try with another phone.

ok I will do this, thank you, I think I'm gonna buy a new phone cause on the dji list I don't my phone

It's not necessary for your phone to be on this list, to operate without issues.

But go4 is a "heavy" app, so you need a modern multi-core device.
It is good to fly in airplane mode, and with any other task closed. During flight your device must be dedicated to your drone needs.
