No Flight Telemetry When Using One Battery

I noticed that when flying my drone on one battery, i do not have any battery percentage, voltage, speed or altitude information. Everything else works fine.
However, when i use my other battery, all the information is shown.
Both my batteries have the latest firmware. Any ideas how to fix this?

Yes I've tried with and without OTG, directly to the spark and to controller...

Could be a lack of physically connection from the problem battery

With the problem battery, do you get the individual cell information on the battery page in DJI Go 4 ?

Do you see the voltage numbers etc.

I had the same problem. Tried everything in the manual. Finally just used the computer to update the drone firmware. It was the same firmware level, but it must have changed something because it would allow to update both batteries. Hope that helps you.

Have you updated the battery firmware on both batteries?
