No SSID on mobile to connect to Remote

I suddenly can not connect my mobile to the remote. No SSID shoW's up on the WiFi setting of either mobile or tablet.anyone know how I get it back? All works perfectly with the OTG cable though.

You might want to try these steps.

How to reset DJI Spark WiFi

1. Turn on your DJI Spark.
   
2. Open the DJI Go 4 app on your device and tap Enter Device. From there you should be presented with your device’s WiFi menu.
3. Press and hold the Spark’s power button until the drone beeps once, twice, and then three times (9-10 seconds). This resets the Spark’s WiFi network.
4. On your smartphone, the Spark’s WiFi network should appear as a secured network
5. From here, locate your Spark’s carrying case. The WiFi password will be listed next to the QR code. Input that password and tap Connect.

Edit: For resetting the remote you can try pressing and holding C1 + shutter button and power on the RC at the same time. Check your app and re-upgrade the RC on the Aircraft Status.
