Hello, I am having some problems taking off... as soon as I start elevating, the spark hits the floor. I already did every type of launch and everything gives the same result.... the spark hitting the floor repeatedly please help

Yes they are

I just started having the same problem. I have tried different combos of batteries, with app and without, new blades. It sounds like the motors can't idle correctly.

Do the motors turn smoothly when you use your hand?

Yes they seam ok. It will go up but when I go forward it starts to go up, then when I go backwards and stop it falls.

Check your setting in the app so see if the sticks got switched
