Using Iphone 8 plus paired to RC. I have a ballistic type case on the iphone and I won't allow me to be able to put the iphone in the RC
holder without removing the ballistic case..Seems those rubber pieces inside the RC phone holder section don't allow anything very wide. Has someone
came up with a solution for bigger phone cases or is there a slim case out there that fits the RC/protects the phone and also the screen. Maybe I'm
asking for the world

OR... if you want to do it cheaper... a guy on Facebook did this:

Just bought a cheap phone holder (from a selfie stick) and glued to to a piece of plastic he cut to size (he used an old cutting board).

I trimmed the plastic sides of the remote and can fit my note 8 with an otterbox defender

I did something similar to that. I'm at work right now so I can't post pictures in this moment. I'll send some as soon as I get home so it might help you giving an idea on how to do it.
I'm very happy with the result.
