Had a Spark a few years but looked after Mum for the last 4, sadly now departed planet earth.
Anyway, managed to get the batteries re-lit from a chap off eBay and everything is now working again. I'm a bit rusty on the old sticks as you can imagine and the learning process starts all over again.

Crapped myself a few times after the first new 4 or 5 flights but now getting more confidence again. Wish me look fellas, I'll need it

Hello from the Hoosier Heartland Rob Beard.

Nice to meet you Rob. 🤝

I haven't flown my SPARK for years due to a RTH / pilot error incident and has been retired.

I now fly a Mavic Air 2 and a NEO.

Welcome to the Forum.

Thanks very much.

I'm on The Isle Of Anglesey, North Wales at the moment in my caravan, all charged up last night ready for today, it's now too windy as per normal.

It won't take long to get those hands working again. I have a hard time trusting the return to home feature. Sometimes the drone waits to update home until it is quite a distance away. Then when I return it and land it updates properly. Besides that it is a cool drone. Now I have 2 of them.

That's funny, I let mine hover for a few seconds and it finds home straight away more or less.

I'm in the same boat. My last flight was pre COVID, but I've kept the batteries charged every few months so I just need to get re-registered and up in the air.

Yep, I registered mine a few months back, I just write the serial numbers on the blue body and phone number with a permanent marker, I can't be bothered with all these stickers, just adds weight.
