I've always thought that other was the way to go( I live in Edmonton, Canada). This might be different with other locations. But I can fly further with WiFi and the latest app then I can with otg and the modded app. Just an FYI. I know there have been many threads. If mods ould like to move or delete that fine, just my experience.
