Precise fly safe data base update

Hi all
I keep getting the notification to update but when I do exactly what it says ...I then get the notification you see in the picture I have enclosed .does anyone have any advice

My guess is that when you update, you need to switch between WiFis (Home / Spark) to complete.

Download the update to the device via Home WiFi and then switch to the Spark WiFi and install the update.

Hi ..thanks for the reply ...I have tried that ..tried downloading on home WiFi ..then reconnecting to the spark RC ..tried downloading thru my cell supplier and updating ..tried restarting ..always get the same popup...
It gives me the option to ignore so it's not stopping me flying ...just thought someone might have experience as to what's the problem

My database updated using spark317’s suggestion. I use OTG cable and Ipad 10.5 with no cellular service on normal operation. P4P and W2Z update database with direct cable connection from Ipad to AC while RC is on. Direct cable connection from Ipad to spark doesnt work. It needs to connect to RC’s WIFI to update database.

My app update and firmware updates repeatedly failed when OTG cable was attached. When I disconnected OTG and connected to Spark wifi it updated almost instantly. OTG cable still works fine after the update btw

Make sure phone and Spark within inches of each other for fastest connection.

Hi to all ...just to update ..bought otg cable and connected to the RC ..updated almost immediately..thanks for advice and help
