Remote Controller Connection Error Problem

Looks like your controller is not conected to spark. You have to open your wifi connections on your phone\tablet , connect to spark. Hope this helps.
The spark and the controller is conected when the problem appear, and the phone is conected by OTG cable to the remote. All connection are working but when the spark fly 3-5 min. That problem appear but the remote and spark are conected but i have no display in my phone its black and white display like my screenshot.
I'm not sure if the otg cable is the problem because when i try wifi conection same error display in my phone.

USBC there always falling out had it happen on my Mavic yesterday my controller wouldn't connect back up had to switch everything off to get the video back. Luckily the Mavic flew back to me as I have rth set in setting's.

This happened to me once. The drone was barely 70m away from me when this happened. RTH kicked in and when the bird reached just above home point, the connection got re-established again. I cancelled RTH and was able to fly normally after that. Still clueless as to what led to it.
I use an Android device with OTG cable.

No idea then. This never happened to me , and i use iPad mini with OTG and without. Sorry.
