Right Joystick Not Working

Hi guys, so my first adventure with DJI SPARK is a bit of dissapointment.
For some reason right stick on thr RC is dead. All other functions are working fine.

I have tried:

-connecting via wifi or otg
-reseting controller
-trying to calibrate it but due to right stick being dead its impossible
-software is up to date

Doesn't sound like there is much you can do but return it.

I was disappointed when I got my first one as the controller wouldn't bind with the AC. A quick chat with DJI Support confirmed that I either had to send it in to them or return it to the place of purchase. I chose the second option and exchanged it straight away.

A hardware failure on the initial flight is usually a defective unit. You did the proper troubleshooting.

I'd return it. All my remotes have been bulletproof. Just bad luck. Mass produced electronics can sneak past quality control. Sorry
