Why can't I record on the sd card,it is 32gb sandisc and the bird is spark.Thank you.
When I slide sdcard option on the application ,a warning menu comes,then the sdcard option

Is the card inserted in the Spark correctly? Is it one of the supported card types?

i know on mine the sd has to be inserted upside down.. if you have the drone set on the ground you have to insert the sd car with the bottom side up .. atleast on mine

Ye it is inserted correctly.Sandisc32gb

Assuming you have formatted it with the Spark's format command? Perhaps the card is bad?

I tried two cards,one of which I have been using more than a year on my phone.
