Does anyone know if the wraps or decals affect the GPS on the spark.. I know if you just have your hand over the top it does.

I never gave this any thought, with that said, I have not had any GPS issues at all.

Maybe if you would use some kind of metallic material based wrap or with metal particles. Otherwise thin paper or plastic foil should have marginal impact, if any at all.

You can test material by microwaving it for a short time. If it gets warm at all it is blocking at least some of the radiated signal so no good for spark. If it stays cold its not blocking anything and is fine to wrap with..
