For $49, you could buy the rear DJI Mavic remote controller cover here on eBay (since Spark parts are hard to find) and swap out the antenna. That would involve dissembling the remote controller. Check out this video to get an idea of what would be involved.
Other options would be to buy a new remote controller and sell your broken remote controller for parts. Or send your remote controller into DJI to be repaired.
