Spark Controller Antennas receive backwards

I use the Spark Pro way point App very succesfully on longer- or further-away flights. On the bottom right side of the screen on my I phone there is an icon that shows the direction the RC controller's antennas has to be pointed towards the drone whilst in flight. Recently this icon directs me to keep my back towards the drone. The RC contoller wants the drone to be behind me to have best reception. Does anybody know if I am doing something wrong or is this a setting in the software. It is annoying to have to look over your shoulder to fly the drone.

You can rotate the antennas so they face the other way. I think they must be unfolded away from the controller to rotate them. Someone phrase verify.

The antennas are limited to 90 deg upright and then 90 deg forward. That is it. They can not rotate the other way. Thanks for your reply.

Maybe there's a conflict with the compass in the device you are flying with and the software?

Try recalibrating the device and/or the Spark and see if it makes a difference.

It doesn't make since to turn away from the aircraft.

Just to be sure, you do have the flat side of the antennas facing the Spark and not the tips?
