Please help is there a way to hard reset the spark, for some reason it's saying I'm connected to 2 aircraft's when I'm not! Serious flaw in the DJI go 4 app! When they added the mavic air I thought the picture on the DJI go app was just a new logo and connected to the spark like always and now since that day I can not take off, once I do take off it just goes up and down up and down, and says I have severe interference on the channels, but once I get the drone out a way from me about 15ft it does fine, I can not trust this drone like this please help! How do I do a hard reset, I know the function button does like 2 things but isn't there a way to reset it with the function button!!

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the GO4 app.

I fly both the Mavic Pro and the Spark, I think your issue isn't with the DJI Go App as it runs just fine with my 2 AC's.

We all like to learn something. Can you please describe, what was the problem? It might help to anyone having the same problems as you had. This is the beauty of forums, isn't it?

I would guess that the OP didn't change "Air" to "Spark" on the app homescreen, so connected to his Spark with the app thinking it was an Air?

I got the Assistant 2 and hard reset the spark, she fly's perfect now although I downloaded the flysafe database and even though I downloaded it everytime I turn the drone off after flying the next time I turn it back on it gives me the prompt to download it again, hey I can live with pressing ignore everytime lol!
