Spark won't turn on!

Help please! Brand new Spark. Charged battery but Spark will not turn on. I press the power button, 4 green led lights up on battery and turns off. Nothing. Help!

Press once, press and hold a second time for about 2-3 seconds, it’ll turn on.

Press the battery button once, then press it again and hold until all of the lights light up, then release the button.

By the way...this process is in the manual.

I read the manual or the directions that were enclosed twice through but somehow missed having to press twice to start. My bad.

Same process to turn it off. Once, then twice and hold til off.
