Sphere problems

Hi all
Just getting to grips with my spark after a few teething issues not sure if problem could be conected to my own stupidity
All was going well untill in flight (over soft sand not to high 15 feet maybe) my battery came out! Like i said must have been my fault had been in air for 10 mins went in to sport mode and out it came ran to drone and all looked fine took her home and check everyting out all good.

But not long
after 1 week or so then my sphere shots stop before the end some times shot 4 some times shot 26
Then other times fine more not but not totaly broke

If anyone could give me some advise i would be really grateful.

I do have dji refresh but not sure if its just me doing it wrong or has the

Wow its not just my spark my english has also stopped working

Well after a very frustrating 24 hours it seems a little air from a can must have moved some sand or dust from the gimble
With luck it should not happen again
