Not so much as missing the Spark but trying to get a resolution.
This one developed a weird oscillating YAW issue.
I turned it into service and they sent me a new one then too (no R in serial)
But that one turned out to be junk.
My service case description when I sent it back:
"The initial issue is GPS takes a long time (5 minutes+) to set a home point.
I have two Sparks and the other one does not show this issue when trying to start up in the same location.
The compass has asked to be calibrated twice out of the packing.
Once a home lock is established, the gimbal does not hold the horizon in flight when YAWing.
I have confirmed I was not in sport mode and the camera was in follow mode during this time.
And finally, when the craft is in RTH, the unit/ camera is pointed approximately 45° YAW to the right of home location.
This effect was seen twice."
But like I said in the service description, I have 2 Sparks - my wife's idea
She mentioned on my first purchase " you have all of these spare parts for your DIY drones you could almost build another one. Why not have a spare Spark? If one is in the shop, you can still fly."
She is awesome!
