I used to see it often when I had a Phantom 3.

It's the first timei have seen it....i usually step outside and power the spark and remote on.them link to my wifi. I did everything the same the only difference was i had just downloaded a spark mod and and i connected my phone to the wifi and the error came up....i hasn't even takenof yet... It hasn't reoccured the last four times i have flown it tonight.

I had this error the second time I flew at my brother's house up in the hills the other day.

First flight was fine, and the sun was out
Second flight I had the ultrasonic error, and it was foggy.

My Googling for results here and elsewhere seemed to point to the fog as the culprit.
