Achieving a very slow rotation for enhanced video quality - sad that Dji didn't think about an exponential adjustment for that left hand stick in order to achieve a very slow rotation and hence a smoother video 'in the turn' - tripod mode is far too quick as is the movement with my left hand ...

Thanks - just question why Dji would ask you to update the firmware when by doing so nothing happens !

Am I missing something ? When I first had my Spark, I planned to use my nexus 7 with an otg cable - after spending what seemed like forever, nothing was working so I asked for help. Advice received suggested a software downgrade to version 4.1.15 and NOT to update on the nexus. Did just that...

what android are you using ? I ask because version 4.3.1 needed a device with at least 4gb ram (i'm assuming the Samsung7 has that) I've been using 4.1.15 with my nexus 7 and all is running well - so far

Yes - When all recovered the 'H' showed 160ft which was more or less the same as prior to the event - I'm wondering whether the Spark flying behind a tree and effectively lower than the controller in your hands might be the cause - that makes little sense !

RTH works well for me and with an OTG fitted - Did have problems with first setup, but advice received regarding my downgrading to GoPro 4.1.15 worked first time ! - (I'm using an android device)

Tried the hoods, great to keep the sun out but still the problem with cloudy days - still a newbie with only 20 + flights so that doesn't help ! Thanks

During a flight today and following a number of 'bleeps' from my tablet, I noticed that the Height indication was red with a zero reading. Anybody experienced that one ? Thanks
