    Drone news in the UK

Personally, I don't believe all the cr*p we hear in the papers. Out of the millions of users who regularly fly their drones, how many are really up to no good? It is the uninformed, offended by anything/offended for 'others' brigade who have spoiled it for us all. If these uninformed idiots...

    LED cover replacement

As I am in China I was able to buy some on TaoBao, (Chinese eBay) and they are only pennies to buy, I got a bag or 6 and also the a set of rings that they are attached to ( had a small crash which damaged it) There must be some on ebay where you live or I hear Amazon have them. Right now with...

Where to purchase batteries with larger locking clips

Of course the clip is a tight fit or what's the point? I have a skin on my drone and the clip still fits on top, although there are a couple of small points where i can see it fits tighter. But detrimental to the arms.... no I cant see that at all.

Where to purchase batteries with larger locking clips

I bought a clip also, i lost a battery in a waterfall after it came off. Luckily the spark landed at the top of the waterfall (not in the water) Clip size is now not an issue

    No Fly Zones in China

Just to be safe, I have looked at no fly zones where I am living right now. There is a large no fly zone near, but not so near me and flying appears to not be a problem around my area......But.... The town where I am has a large naval shipyard and close to where I work has a military airport...

Just for information really. I am in China, been here for a while working on a project near Dalian. Anyway, being here I need to use a VPN to keep in touch with home and family, plus use Google, YouTube etc. So I went to use my Spark to take some aerial views of the factory where I am one...

Police Drone suspect in helicopter crash

Well after seeing the video post a few days ago showing the damage a drone can do to an aircraft wing, I found it quite interesting. Not only that, but having been a flight mechanic working on Royal Flight helicopters I do understand the delicate nature of a rotary winged aircraft. This event...

Police Drone suspect in helicopter crash

Sorry, but I am not making 'fake news' I posted a link to a UK daily newspaper. In the article they mentioned that a police drone was in the area at the time. Following the link, you can make up your own mind. My flippant comment is because it is typical for a British authority to deny...
