After trying the above suggestions, if it still doesn’t work, try changing the controller mode (swapping stick functions) using the go app. If you have left right control with sticks swapped then it is a controller mechanical or calibration problem with the right stick.

Did you download the picture from the AC to the device you are viewing on or are you looking at the cached images?

20mph for RTH is normal. 6 mph is also normal with forward collision sensing on. Turn off obstacle detection and you should be able to get about 12 mph normal and ~30 in sport mode. Oh, and make sure you have beginner mode turned off.
