Some info that may or may not apply. If you are storing the Spark and controller in a cold dry invironment and then take it to a warm moist invironment it most definitely will cause condensation. This could affect the lens as well as the joy sticks. Hope this helps.

I have had care refresh and then care refresh+. I inadvertently let the care+ expire 2 days ago and now they won't renew it, or maybe they will only do care refresh for 2 years, I can't find out!

Pearson is absolutely correct, putting it in rice is worthless. Desiccant is the way to go.

I also use an android Samsung S9, so that would be a USB-C otg cable

If you want to see if it's the card, simply remove the card and try your Spark. The card is only for storage of photos and video!

I am pretty sure that flying backwards video was a normal forward flying video played backwards.[emoji849]

PS, I renewed it but still have yet to actually take advantage of it. All my crashes were happily undamaged.

There are two different ssid's, one is for phone to AC, the other is for phone to rc. The rc connects to the AC and is not visible. I hope this helps. If you follow the proper DJI connection sequence, in other words using RC you should have no problems. PS, the phone to AC ssid disappears when...
