1080 Upscale

Hi, sorry if covered in a previous thread.
I am trying to find an app to upscale 1080 on Android.
Not having much success so far, is it possible, any reliable easy apps?
Or is it only feasable via a laptop etc?

Spark delivers 1080p if a premium sd card is inserted in your drone.
Low resolution footage is on your device.

There's no benefit in upscaling footage.

Your spark will shoot in 1080p. If you want to upscale there are a lot of plugins for PremierPro such as Red Giant. An inexpensive program that you can use is "Pavtube Video Converter, which does a decent job. Just remember the original footage has to be good. If it's bad to begin with it will only get worse. GIGO, garbage in, garbage out.
