5.8 to 2.4gHz

I am in NC. I am running the newest everything, firmware, go4, iOS and no OTG cable. How do I switch from 5.8 to 2.4 for some extra range? All the threads I’ve read are from 4 months ago. I may just be dumb but I don’t understand them. I am also using the RC btw.

Mine only shows 5.8 in Channel Mode with no option of changing it.

Oh... dunno then. Mine looks like this with an option to switch.
I thought only android devices were stuck on one or the other.

Ignore me. I just booted my Spark up to check and it’s nothing like it used to be. I can’t see where to change it either.

I don’t know if this was a dji go4 update or what but I would like to know how to change it if possible

I've been playing with this and this is what I've found:
With OTG and wifi disabled, I'm able to click on Custom and change from 5.8 to 2.4 without a problem and it sticks
With no OTG and wifi, I can change to 2.4 but I then have to reconnect wifi and when I do, it's defaulted back to 5.8

So basically for me, OTG - yes, wifi - no

This is with android 7.1 and v4.1.15 app
